We do not seek or advertise our services and respond only to selected enquiries from businesses in need of key decision makers, and decision makers imminently or readily available to venture out to a new position. At point of contact, in both instances, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is required to be entered into by both parties before any introductions are arranged, and service conditions are also agreed. We combine our local knowledge and global expertise to provide a specialised service to both companies and executives.

Over the last three decades GREATA GROUP CEO Ricki Chavez-Munoz has worked with top casino companies in England and South Africa and his range of contacts include associates from Las Vegas to Macao and from London to Buenos Aires, specialising in selection of management positions for casinos and gaming supply companies.

The Team

Ricardo Chavez-Munoz, CEO - Has considerable experience in the gaming industry, publishing and marketing in several countries. Educated in Lima, Peru he graduated from King’s College London with Honours in Spanish and English Literature whilst working at Playboy Casino. Ricki then followed with research work for a PhD before the gaming industry held sway.

Jess Chavez, COO – Author of casino spoof “Maximum Game”, written during his breaks working in casinos ranging from Russia to Mediterranean casino cruise ships. James Chavez-Munoz, CMO – The logistics brain in the group with casino management expertise in England and Peru. James holds a BCG casino manager’s licence and headed the marketing team in a leading South Coast casino.

Lucan Chavez-Munoz, CFO – Graduated at London University’s Royal Holloway College; he has several years’ managerial experience in Global equities, fixed income and derivatives with leading City of London investment banks.
